Disney's All-Star Sports Resort
Surfboards the size of billboards, a football-field courtyard, and giant coke-cup tennis rackets make Sports the loudest-themed of the All-Stars, and its proximity to the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex makes it the default home base for the youth tournaments, cheer squads, and traveling teams that flood Disney World year-round. That's the honest calculus of booking here: rock-bottom pricing and refreshed rooms identical to its siblings, balanced against the likelihood of sharing your building with forty energized twelve-year-old athletes during tournament seasons. Off-season, it's as quiet and cheap as value gets. The Surfboard Bay pool is fun, the food court does the job, and the buses come eventually. Check the sports-event calendar before booking, and price all three All-Stars, because they're rarely identical.

Same renovated formula as the rest of the tier: queen plus murphy bed, tidy and bright, nothing extra. Surf's Up buildings sit closest to Stadium Hall and the buses. This is routinely the lowest nightly rate on all of Disney property, which is its entire argument and an honest one.
✨ The Lobby & Grounds
Stadium Hall leans full pep rally, and the courtyards go bigger: a football field quad under giant helmets, tennis courts guarded by rackets three stories tall, a surf lagoon of boards around the pool. ESPN Wide World of Sports sits minutes away, which is why youth tournaments fill this resort in waves, energetic in the best and occasionally loudest sense.
🏊 Pools & Recreation
The Surfboard Bay pool keeps things beachy out front while the Grand Slam pool behind the baseball buildings throws a curveball, a pitching Goofy statue spraying swimmers. Both are simple, sunny, and fine, with the arcade and playground handling the rain hours.
🍽️ Dining at All-Star Sports Resort
End Zone food court and the Grandstand pool bar are the whole roster. The fridge, the parks, and Disney Springs buses do the heavy lifting. Nobody books Sports for the food, and the price makes peace with that.

Check the ESPN event calendar before booking; a cheer championship weekend changes the vibe entirely. If all three All-Stars price the same, Movies has the edge for families and Music for suites, so Sports wins purely on price. It boards buses first of the three, a small daily victory.
